The tournament will be held in the Washington Marriott Capitol Hill in the heart of DC, 7 minutes away from Union Station.
We strongly recommend staying in the venue hotel. Discounted room prices are $250/night + tax and each room fits up to 4 people.

- 3.2 -- Nagashi Mangan
- 4.1 -- Modified Uma: +24 / +8 / -8 / -24
- 6.3 -- Lower Penalties
- Aka-Nashi (No red 5s).
- Hanchans will last 75 minutes with no new hands starting after time's up. (75+0)
Cheating, harassment, and other unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.

Tardiness will be penalized.
The Top 16 players will play two hanchans to determine the winner. The winner of each table will advance to the final. The final will be played over two hanchans.
Prizes
Finalists will be awarded trophies. Top 8 will receive medals. Top 16 will receive goodie bags.
Goodie bags will also be provided to players who book rooms in the venue hotel.
Refunds
Refunds and cancellations will be handled on a case by case basis and subject to a small processing fee.
